Two 25 Lap Features in one night is only one way race fans get double their money's worth at the Twin 25's. At these special events, there are also two identical race hostessesoKylie and Katie Huffman! Not only are they the official race ambassadors, but they have very important duties, as they'll be presenting the trophy to the winning driver.
They're both seniors at Triton Central High School, in the Indianapolis area, where they are both very active in student government, sports and clubs. The Huffman twins have both served as a student council officer the past four years, as well as the Principal's Advisory Council, Students Against Drunk Driving, Bible Study, the Sunshine Society, Spanish Club and administration-selected class leadership representative. Their sports are volleyball and track.
And, yes, they both have been a member of the cheerleading squad for four years. And, no surprise here either, they've served as homecoming court princesses. Next fall, they plan to attend college and major in business.
The Huffman twins also appeared on a twin segment of the Body Perfect Show at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports.
"We're both big race fans, so we're excited to be part of the Twin 25's," said Kylie.
"Like everybody else in the grandstands, we're going to be standing up and cheering the entire 2nd feature race!" said Katie.
